Well if you want to learn to day trade the sensibleway then we first need to cover exactly what day trading is. When I first heard the terms ‘day trading’ I thought it was a bit strange, after all isn’t all trading done during the day? Well it is, but the term ‘day trading’ refers transactions of buying and selling stocks that are completed in the same day. The type of commodities that can be traded using day trading are equities, commodity futures, interest rates, futures, forex and stocks and bonds.
If you are going to invest in day trading you need to have strategies and you need to look at the trade frequencies of any commodity. By doing this you can have more trades in a single day with greater potential of making profits.
Although it is quite possible to make good profits with day trading, you still need to start small and remember there is always risk involved. Do your homework before buying or selling stocks and try to only invest in stocks that have a high profit potential and low risk and the only way to know that is to study the market and study the stocks you are considering investing in.
To be successful with day trading you need to be sensible so have a motto such as ‘Only Invest What You Can Afford To Lose’ and don’t rush in to any transaction and don’t invest more than you can afford. Yes, it could pay off but there is always the risk that it doesn’t.
So learn to day trade sensibly and invest wisely.
